Mountain is featured in blockbuster comedy Pineapple Express! The film, from the team who brought Superbad to the big screen reunite for this action-comedy. If you haven't seen it, the premise is simple and is about a lazy court-process clerk and stoner, named Dale Denton (Seth Rogen). Denton has only one reason to visit his equally lazy dealer Saul Silver (James Franco): to purchase weed, specifically, a rare new strain called Pineapple Express. But when Dale becomes the only witness to a murder, Dale and Saul run for their lives, and they quickly discover that they're not suffering from weed-fueled paranoia: incredibly, the bad guys really are hot on their trail and trying to figure out the fastest way to kill them both How does Mountain fit in? Don't Look Around (track 7 on the soundtrack, available on itunes now) adds the driving rock sounds of Leslie's patented screaming guitar to an already eclectic soundtrack. Better yet, director, David Gordon Green was sporting a classic Mountain tee shirt when the New York Times on the heels of its release interviewed him.
